CCFR Casting Day - September 2001 |
The first ever outing of the Central Coast Fly Rodders took the form of a casting day, at Koolewong Foreshore Reserve. A windy day greeted us as we arrived, but that did little to deter the 19 eager fly rodders from their task. There was plenty to keep both the novice and the experts occupied from casting lessons / tips, to trying out various tackle combinations. 5 weight to 14 weight combos were on offer and there were more than enough people willing to take that offer up. |
